Why we need you
RetentionX is looking for a full-time or dedicated freelance designer. A creatively driven, detail-obsessed Graphic & Digital Designer who thrives on owning design concepts from inception to execution. You’ll be the creative lead partnering with the marketing and GTM team shaping how RetentionX looks, feels, and connects with our audience across all digital channels: marketing website, email, social, ads, presentations, and branded materials.
You’ll also be a partner with the product and engineering team to translate the product roadmap into impactful marketing concepts, transforming complex ideas into engaging, high-impact visuals and experiences that capture attention, strengthen our brand, and drive customer action.
What you‘ll do
As Graphic & Digital Designer, you’ll be the visual storyteller behind RetentionX bringing our brand to life across web, social, campaigns, and product marketing materials. You’ll be responsible for:
- Own the end-to-end: Graphic and digital design of the marketing website, emails, landing pages, ads, from initial concept and layout to final delivery, collaborating closely with developers to ensure creative integrity and performance across platforms.
- Design-first mindset: you’ll own the creative direction for each output and not rely on others to do the design thinking. You’re expected to think and act thoughtfully, boldly, and brand-aligned and drive results.
- Build and maintain: Scalable, modular design systems for each channel including web, email, ads, enabling rapid iteration and consistent execution across touchpoints.
- Data & Insights: Use data and insight from partners to inform and guide design decisions refining layouts and visual story hierarchy to drive engagement and conversion in each respective channel.
- Manage Timelines & Priorities: Own your timelines and workload, contributing proactively to a high-performing team and communicating with stakeholders proactively.
- Direct & Manage: Freelance or contract designers when additional support is needed.
- Trends & Tools: Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our brand fresh and competitive.
