Why we need you

We’re looking for a Product & Growth Marketing Manager who thrives at the intersection of product, growth, sales, and customer success. In this role, you’ll own the go-to-market strategy for RetentionX’s product launches while also driving integrated marketing programs that create awareness, generate demand, and accelerate adoption.

You’ll work closely with product to understand our roadmap and customers, with growth to execute campaigns across the funnel, and with sales and customer success to ensure our story is consistent and compelling at every touchpoint. You’ll translate complex product capabilities into clear, differentiated messaging, then bring those stories to market through targeted campaigns, sales enablement, and lifecycle marketing.

This role is equal parts strategist and hands-on marketer and wants to design the plan, execute it, measure results, and continually optimize for greater impact. What you‘ll do
  • Shape the Story: Develop clear, differentiated positioning and messaging for our platform and product modules that resonate with eCommerce and marketing teams.
  • Plan & Launch: Build and execute go-to-market strategies for new features and products, ensuring they hit the market with measurable impact on awareness, adoption, and revenue.
  • Drive Demand: Partner with growth and design to create integrated campaigns (email, paid, content, events, webinars) that generate leads, accelerate sales cycles, and support customer expansion.
  • Enable Sales & CS: Create compelling decks, one-pagers, and training materials so customer-facing teams can confidently tell the RetentionX story and close deals.
  • Content Development: Collaborate with design and growth to produce compelling product-focused content for the website, landing pages, email, ads, webinars, and events.
  • Fuel Adoption & Retention: Work with customer success to design lifecycle marketing programs that increase feature usage, upsell adoption, and long-term retention.
  • Leverage Insights: Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and customer interviews to inform positioning, campaign strategy, and product roadmap decisions.
  • Tell Customer Stories: Develop case studies, testimonials, and use-case content that build credibility and help convert prospects into customers.
  • Measure & Optimize: Define KPIs for launches and campaigns, track performance, and iterate to improve results.
What you should have
  • 5+ years in SaaS marketing with experience spanning product marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing (martech or eCommerce tech experience a plus).
  • Proven track record of owning go-to-market strategies from positioning and messaging to launch execution and measurable adoption/revenue impact.
  • Experience planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across channels (email, paid, content, events, webinars) with clear performance outcomes.
  • Strong ability to translate complex product capabilities into compelling stories for multiple audiences (marketers, operators, executives).
  • Demonstrated skill in sales enablement creating decks, one-pagers, and tools that improve conversion rates.
  • Comfort with lifecycle marketing and designing programs that drive activation, expansion, and retention.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to define KPIs, measure results, and optimize based on performance data.
  • Cross-functional leadership skills, with a history of aligning product, marketing, sales, and customer success around shared goals.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, able to prioritize and execute multiple projects at once.
  • Experience with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms (a plus).
  • Native or Professional working proficiency in English.
  • Based in the United States.
