Why we need you
We’re looking for a Product & Growth Marketing Manager who thrives at the intersection of product, growth, sales, and customer success. In this role, you’ll own the go-to-market strategy for RetentionX’s product launches while also driving integrated marketing programs that create awareness, generate demand, and accelerate adoption.
You’ll work closely with product to understand our roadmap and customers, with growth to execute campaigns across the funnel, and with sales and customer success to ensure our story is consistent and compelling at every touchpoint. You’ll translate complex product capabilities into clear, differentiated messaging, then bring those stories to market through targeted campaigns, sales enablement, and lifecycle marketing.
This role is equal parts strategist and hands-on marketer and wants to design the plan, execute it, measure results, and continually optimize for greater impact.
