Why we need you
We’re looking for an eCommerce Strategist to join our Customer Success team in a full-time role starting July 2025. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring our brands maximize the value of RetentionX. Your success is directly tied to customer satisfaction—from guiding them through onboarding to providing strategic insights that fuel their growth.
What you‘ll do
As an eCommerce Strategist, you will be the trusted partner for our brands, helping them seamlessly integrate RetentionX into their operations. You’ll be responsible for:
Building and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of global brands.
Guiding new brands through onboarding, ensuring a smooth start with RetentionX.
Providing ongoing training and strategic advice to help brands get the most out of our software.
Demonstrating our platform to potential new customers.
Identifying customer needs and challenges, proactively offering solutions.
Creating educational content such as Help Center articles, guides, case studies, and webinars.
Staying ahead of eCommerce and marketing trends to continuously expand your expertise.
