Why we need you
We are looking for you to join our Customer Success team in a full-time position starting July 2024! As a eCommerce Account Strategist, you will have primary responsibility for both brand and agency clients. You will support your brands in their daily work with our software: your success is measured by the satisfaction of our customers!
What you‘ll do

As a eCommerce Account Strategist, you will be in charge of onboarding new brands to our software and establishing long-term relationships. Whether you're demonstrating our features, providing strategic advice on data and growth levers, or resolving a support ticket, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers. Your responsibilities will include

  • Manage relationships with your book of business of global brands

  • Demonstrate our platform to leads

  • Guide new brands through our onboarding process to ensure an optimal start with RetentionX

  • Provide ongoing training and strategic guidance to your brands

  • Maintain constant awareness of your customers' needs and challenges

  • Help create educational content such as help center articles, guides, case studies or webinars

  • Research DTC & marketing trends to constantly expand your knowledge base

What you should have
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the eCommerce environment, ideally as an eCommerce Manager, Merchant Success Manager, Marketing Manager or similar

  • Strong knowledge of eCommerce tools and platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, etc. Having successfully conceptualized and implemented marketing campaigns is definitely a benefit.

  • Proven track record in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • A self-motivated, hands-on attitude with the drive to build something special

  • An analytical mindset with the intellectual curiosity to seek context and insight behind numbers, coupled with strong business acumen

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with native fluency in American English

  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience building strong relationships

  • Based in the United States, ideally in Florida
